Where on earth do I obtain a victoria waterlily?

Where on earth do I obtain a Victora Waterlily? My boss wants to buy one for his wife and I can not find them anywhere.

You're going to have to join some water lily societies, find some individual sources for seed and grow your own. These are specialized plants, requiring a great deal of heat, see this article I wrote about how to care for them. This is not a beginner plant and isn't readily available online.
