Crystal The photo looks like a Fishing Spider from the genus Dolomedes it is probably Dolomedes tenebrosus. They capture prey with small claws and inject the venom when they bite. These spiders are can walk on water and then dive below the surface where they can sometimes even catch small fish, hence the common name. Tho large, they are not dangerous to humans. They are big spiders.
