Solomon's Seal not flowering

Doug doesn't know your growing schedule down-under but don't forget that flowering often takes place in a different time the year after you plant perennials from a nursery. They often bloom too early or too late in their first year of planting. In their second year they roll into their natural bloom time.
This is the long way of saying I have no idea about when it should flower in Australia.
But patience is often called for when a plant doesn't bloom As long as it's growing well and you're not feeding the heck out of it (too much nitrogen often slows down flowering at the expense of leafy growth) it will flower when it's good and ready. :-)
Darn flowers are on their time rather than ours. Imagine! :-)
