Rose seeds

I planted my rose seeds after 3 Mos in fridge. Do I put the flat inside or out? It is -4 out there?

Doug says that if the rose seeds have had 3 months of cold, damp stratification in the refrigerator, then they should be fine to stay indoors with the soil temperatures at 70F for good germination.
