peppers not forming on container plant

I have an jalpano plant growing in a container It will get lots of blossoms on it but never any peppers why

Doug says it's not being pollinated. :-) Why is that? Too cold? Indoors? Too high up in an apartment balcony? I don't have enough information on how you're growing it. Try moving your fingers (gently!) over the open blossoms and shifting the pollen around on the bloom. You don't have to make a buzzing sound as the plant is tone deaf. :-)
