I spy with my little eyes a handsome Preying Mantis! You can buy eggs of these in some seed catalogs. My father bought some when we first moved to Georgia and he wanted to farm. Unfortunatley, there did not seem to be many viable hatchlings as we did not seem to find an abundance of them. Over twenty years later however we have a serious over abundance of lady bugs! It makes me sad to know I don't have my father to ask if he is responsible for this freaky population explosion. :)
