Ever-blooming Cyclamen

I have a Cyclamen that has been blooming continuously for years - at least six that I can remember. It just never stops. Moved from Arizona, to California, to Oregon - The plant has come as close to death as possible for a plant, and yet it goes right on blooming. I want to divide it and re-pot it, but I'm afraid to tamper with it. Do you have an explanation for this?

In your discussion on propagation, you use the word "split" but an illustration would be very helpful. Also, when do I "split" a bulb that never stops blooming? Forced dormancy?
Thank you for any help.

Doug says that forced dormancy would do it. Restrict water - restrict light and cool down the plant. And yes, I've put this kind of picture taking on my to-do list :-) As soon as I get to doing my own plants instead of killing them by asking friends to babysit them while I go south. ;-)
