Camoflauge is everything.

We have weeping willows,belonging to our neighbour, hanging over a corner flower garden. Because of these trees it is very difficult to get plants to do well under the trees because of the shade and lack of moisture.We have learned to let it seed itself down each year. The results are plants that will survive in this environment .Many are cosmos,brown eyed susans(the wild type) with some cone flowers mingled in.Altogether this produces a rather thick under growth. This big old toad decided that it was a great place to live, cool and protected.
