Bllueberry propagation

I have 55 year high bush blueberries. Can I divide the plants, roots and all to start at an additonal site?

Doug says that the easiest system is to use tender tip cuttings (very easy) so you can follow the directions on the propagation section of this site. Or you can layer the plants for really easy, no-work kinds of propagation. Division isn't really recommended in woody plants.
