Allardii Lavender Wilting and Dying

I live in the south of Italy and I have an Allardii Lavender. I really don't know how, but 4 days ago its leaves got flebby. Some leaves have some brown spots.

Doug says that this kind of lavender usually only has a problem if it is overwatered or overfed in our gardens. So - that may not be much help but sudden wilting usually means a root rot or root damage problem. If the plant was shaken up (as in a child or pet damaging it or severe storm) then you may have stem problems right at the soil line. If overwatered, then you may have a root rot problem.

Those are my two best guesses. If overwatering, stop. :-) Only water when the soil feels really dry to the touch. If damage - sorry not much I can do about that. :-)
